HK's Hang Lung may not release any units this year as prices dip

HANG Lung Properties chairman Ronnie Chan said there is a possibility that the developer won't release any properties for sale in Hong Kong this year as housing prices continue to drop.

With residential property prices predicted to fall by as much as 20 per cent this year, "I won't count on it," Mr Chan said in an interview on Thursday, when asked if Hang Lung would put any units up for sale in 2016.
