HLH Group Limited said it has entered into a sale and purchase agreement to sell its 98-room hotel in its D'Seaview project in Sihanoukville, Cambodia for S$15.7 million.
The news sent shares of HLH Group leaping by 40 per cent or 0.2 cent to 0.7 cent after active trading that saw 44.5 million shares change hands on Monday.
