A LUXURY home in Hong Kong's exclusive Peak neighbourhood sold for HK$1.16 billion (S$202.2 million), said Wheelock Properties on Wednesday.

The four-bedroom, 9,178 sq ft house boasts a swimming pool, lift, garden and unobstructed views of Hong Kong and Victoria Harbour.
