TO SUSTAIN growth amid the current property downturn, Iskandar Malaysia needs catalysts including better infrastructure that could act as "game changers", a real estate consultant has proposed.
The authorities need to make it more efficient for people to get to the economic zone and to move around when they are in Johor Baru (JB), said KGV International Property Consultants executive director Samuel Tan.
