Singapore
JOINT owners Keppel Reit and Mirvac Group celebrated the topping out of the Old Treasury Building Office Tower in Perth on Thursday. The development is located within the Cathedral and Treasury Precinct, one of the most historically important and iconic sites in Perth's central business district.
With an estimated total net lettable area of more than 331,000 square feet, the 35-storey office tower is wholly pre-committed with a 25-year lease, with options for another 25 years, to the government of Western Australia.
