LONDON-BASED property consultancy Strawberry Star on Wednesday launched its Singapore office at One Raffles Place, joining a number of foreign developers who have also opened sales offices here to step up their marketing efforts.
At a media briefing, Strawberry Star CEO Dorian Beresford introduced its unique offering, which allows property sellers to decide how much commission fees they pay to their agents, depending on their satisfaction with the agents' service.
