New Zealand house prices rise in September: REINZ
[WELLINGTON] New Zealand house prices and sales volumes both rose in September, the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) said on Monday.
The REINZ said prices in the country's biggest city, Auckland, rose 2.5 per cent on the month, and were up 26 per cent on the year.
Earlier this month, government valuer Quotable Value reported that house prices rose at their fastest pace in nine years, driven by growth in the central and upper north island.
