Ong Choon Fah named CEO at DTZ Southeast Asia
She will succeed Ho Tian Lam, who is retiring but will remain as senior advisor

ONG Choon Fah will be the chief executive officer of DTZ Southeast Asia from May 15; she succeeds Ho Tian Lam, who is retiring from the position.
This will make Mrs Ong, who is in her 50s, the second woman to helm a major property consulting group in Singapore after Pauline Goh of CBRE, who in 2005 was appointed managing director of the Singapore office, and in 2010, as CEO of Singapore and South-east Asia at the group
Mr Ho, who is 65, will be retiring from the CEO post but will continue to serve the firm as senior advisor with the primary responsibility of overseeing the resale division comprising associates under DTZ Property Network.
