OXLEY Holdings' wholly owned subsidiary, Oxley Wharf Property 2, has entered into an agreement relating to the forward sale of 195 units at the Royal Wharf Development to L&Q PRS Co (L&Q).
The block of units has been sold for around £75.14 million (S$160 million) and is slated for completion in 2018.
One of London's largest residential developers, L&Q owns or manages over 70,000 homes in London and the South East of London. It is also one of the largest landlords in the British capital.
