GLOBAL solar-energy firm REC Solar has completed the installation of 172-kilowatt peak (kWp) rooftop photovoltaic solar panels at Bugis Junction, which will be able to generate 200,000 kilowatt hour (kWh) of clean energy annually and save the property approximately S$30,000 per year for the next 25 years, the company announced on Monday.
