Residential site at New Upper Changi Road up for tender
THE Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the residential site at New Upper Changi Road/Bedok South Avenue 3 (Parcel B) for sale by public tender on Wednesday.
This 99-year leasehold site, which can potentially yield about 570 residential units, was available for sale on the Reserve List of the second half 2015 government land sales (GLS) programme. An application was received on Jan 7 from a developer for the site to be put up for public tender.
URA said that developer committed to a bid price of not less than S$320 million in the tender for the site. The tender for the land parcel will close at noon on Feb 23. Any tender below the minimum bid price will not be considered.
