ROXY-PACIFIC Holdings is acquiring land in Sydney, Australia for A$15.65 million (S$15.7 million), which will be developed into two residential buildings.
Its wholly-owned, Australia-based subsidiary Roxy-Pacific Killara has entered into contracts for the sale of land relating to the properties located at 6A and 8 Buckingham Road in Killara, New South Wales.
