Taking up key spots are Shaw Theatres, NTUC Foodfare and FairPrice Finest
[SINGAPORE] The Seletar Mall, a 70:30 joint venture between Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) and United Engineers (UE), has confirmed three anchor tenants as it prepares to open by December next year.
SPH, which owns The Business Times, said yesterday that Shaw Theatres, NTUC Foodfare and FairPrice Finest supermarket will take up anchor tenant spots on three separate floors in the family-focused shopping mall.
Shaw will occupy 17,000 square feet on the fourth level and operate eight screens in its multiplex, which can seat about 800 people. The cinema will have a dedicated lift from the box-office level directly to the cinema hall level for the disabled.
