Simon Cheong sells GCB at King Albert Park for S$25m

Soilbuild Group Holdings pays S$19.28m for old Wilkinson Road bungalow - for redevelopment

Said to have been completed in late 2012, the King Albert Park bungalow (above) comes with a swimming pool. The price paid for it works out to S$1,493 per square foot on the land area of 16,750 sq ft. It is currently tenanted. The site of the Wilkinson Road bungalow, which Soilbuild says could be easily 40-50 years old, is zoned for two-storey bungalow use. Soilbuild plans to redevelop the site into two brand-new bungalows.
