SEVERAL Singapore investors have found themselves in a limbo over their units in a luxury building apartment outside of London after it was found to be a fire hazard last year.
The building warranty provider, BLP, has not yet decided if it will cover the cost of replacing the cladding and the compartmentalisation for Nova House, which was converted from an office block.
