LUXURY residential brokerage List Sotheby's International Realty opened in Singapore on March 27 to capitalise on Singapore's position as a global financial hub and the growing number of affluent individuals in the region.
Positioned to be its South-east Asia headquarters, the Singapore office plans to grow its staff strength to 30, where more than half will specialise in advisory and brokerage.
