SRX Property launches free app for tracking value, rent of homes
SRX Property, powered by StreetSine Technology Group, on Tuesday launched a free application called "my Property Tracker" which provides subscribers with a customised monthly update on the value, rent, and rental yield of their homes.
It also notifies them about neighbourhood listings and transactions.
The app consists of three primary sections: Home figures & facts, neighbourhood listings, and neighbourhood transactions.
The first section shares sale and rent data for HDB flats, private apartments, and landed homes.
The second section consists of real-time neighbourhood listings. Using geospatial algorithms, it helps homeowners stay abreast of movements in the listing market.
The third section provides a monthly update of what homes are sold in the neighbourhood. In many cases, the subscriber can also compare the selling price with the original listing price.
On the app, each subscriber receives a personalised, secure, and unique webpage with a URL tied to the home's postal code and a single mobile phone. Each mobile phone number is tied to one webpage for security purposes.
Homeowners and renters can subscribe to Property Tracker on SRX.com.sg/tracker.
