IN the last decade, premium real estate company Realstar has achieved over $5 billion worth of sales since it began to specialise in landed property.

Realstar managing director William Wong said: "We decided to anchor ourselves in the niche market of landed property as it has high investment potential. We aim to help our clients achieve maximum yield, even above the market average, when it comes to their property buys.
