Tampines Industrial Drive site up for sale by public tender

JTC Corporation on Tuesday offered a 0.57-hectare site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 4) for sale by public tender, under the first half 2015 industrial government land sales (IGLS) programme.
The confirmed list site is zoned for Business-2 development - meant for heavier and more pollutive industrial use. It has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.
The tender closes on May 26, 2015, at 11am.
