URA releases residential site at West Coast Vale for sale

THE Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) released a 18,908.7 square metre residential site at West Coast Vale for sale on Thursday.

Located along the waterfront of Sungei Pandan, the site can potentially yield about 595 residential units.

The tender for the land parcel at West Coast Vale - which has a maximum gross floor area of 52,945 sq m, and a lease period of 99 years - will close at 12 noon on Aug 4, 2015.
