PROFESSIONALISING a family business and getting older workers onboard are some of the biggest challenges faced by family-owned companies in Singapore.
At the inaugural Family Business Forum on Tuesday, organised by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), more than 180 participants gathered to gain insight through talks and panel discussions on how family businesses can remain competitive in today's economy.
