THE weight-loss and body-toning salon Kris by MENCE bears Ms Kris Han's name, but it was fellow founder Shawn Lim who laid down the specifications for the premises.
The treatment rooms had to be large, and so too the beds, to cater to taller men like himself. He, together with the other three founders, had come across their fair share of cluttered, claustrophobic salons, and decided Kris by MENCE would be different.
Their shared vision was to create an oasis right in the central business district, a place where men and women could go to escape the hurly-burly of life and to lose weight or have their bodies reshaped by MENCE's patented slimming concept.
