Europe: Stock markets climb at open

[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets rose slightly at the start of trading on Wednesday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.1 per cent to 7,282.61 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 gained 0.2 per cent to 11,989.71 points and the Paris CAC 40 grew by 0.2 per cent to 4,899.65 compared with Tuesday's close.
