Europe: Stock markets dip at open

[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets dipped at the start of trading on Wednesday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index down a couple of points at 7,728.80.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 index fell 0.2 per cent to 13,383.26 points and the Paris CAC 40 lost 0.1 per cent to 5,518.32 compared with the closing levels on Tuesday.
