Europe: Stock markets rebound at open

[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets rebounded at the start of trading on Monday following recoveries elsewhere, as volatility grips global equity markets.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index jumped 0.9 per cent to 7,159.18 points compared with the close on Friday.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 rallied 1.1 per cent to 12,238.63 points and the Paris CAC 40 advanced 1.0 per cent to 5,130.40.
