Europe: Stocks fall at open, await busy week

[LONDON] European stock markets fell at the open Monday, the start of a busy trading week as the European Central Bank looks set to announce further stimulus ahead of key US jobs data.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index dropped 0.4 per cent compared with Friday's close to open at 6,352.28 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 lost 0.2 per cent to 11,268.31 points and the Paris CAC 40 shed 0.3 per cent to 4,917.15.
