Europe: Stocks finish higher

[PARIS] Europe's main markets closed higher Wednesday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index of top companies gaining 0.91 per cent to 6,490.70 points.
In the eurozone, the CAC 40 in Paris rose 0.75 per cent to 4,639.02 points and Frankfurt's DAX 30 advanced 0.66 per cent to 10,747.30 points.
