Europe: Stocks finished mixed

[PARIS] Europe's main stock markets finished mixed on Wednesday with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index retreating 0.21 per cent from its record close the previous day to 6,935.38 points.
Frankfurt's DAX 30 index edged up 0.04 per cent to 11,210.27 points, while in Paris the CAC 40 was down 0.09 per cent to 4,882.22 points.
