Europe: Stocks push higher at open

[LONDON] European stock markets pushed higher at the start of trading on Wednesday, building on two days of gains on hopes of there finally being a deal over Greece's bailout.
Frankfurt's DAX 30 index gained 0.21 per cent to 11,566.35 points and the CAC 40 in Paris edged up 0.06 per cent to 5,060.58 points.
Outside the eurozone, London's benchmark FTSE 100 index rose 0.20 per cent to 6,848.36 compared with Tuesday's close.
