[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks ended lower Thursday, snapping two days of gains, while mainland Chinese markets tumbled on concerns about liquidity.
The Hang Seng Index slipped 0.37 per cent, or 90.96 points, to end at 24,301.09.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index sank 0.96 per cent, or 31.07 points, to 3,210.24 and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, fell 1.97 per cent, or 39.81 points, to 1,979.58.
