[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares dipped 0.31 per cent in the early minutes Wednesday despite fresh record closing highs on Wall Street following solid economic data from Germany and the United States.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index slipped 74.06 points to 23,455.11.
