Hong Kong: Shares flat at open

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks opened marginally higher Wednesday following a mixed lead from Wall Street, while investors keep an eye on the release of data on China services sector.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index edged up 1.18 points to 23,846.84.
