Hong Kong: Shares open 1.90% up

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares opened 1.90 per cent higher Monday after China last week cut interest rates in a bid to kickstart slowing growth in the world's number two economy.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 446.20 points to 23,883.32.
