[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks edged up 0.20 per cent in the opening exchanges Tuesday as traders look ahead to a two-day policy meeting at the Federal Reserve they hope will give an idea about its plans for interest rates.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 46.60 points to 23,189.83.
