Hong Kong: Shares up 0.30% at open

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares rose 0.30 per cent in the early minutes Tuesday following a disappointing start to a cross-border trade link-up with Shanghai in the previous session.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index edged up 71.82 points to 23,868.90.
