[HONG KONG] Hong Kong equities edged up 0.18 per cent Monday at the open, extending gains last week as fears over a plunging Chinese stock market and Greek debt crisis abated.

The city's benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 46.83 points to 25,462.10.
