Hong Kong: Stocks open 0.38% lower

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares slipped again Wednesday after another Wall Street sell-off on increasing speculation the Federal Reserve will hike interest rates as early as June.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index fell 0.38 per cent, or 89.88 points, to 23,807.10.
