Hong Kong: Stocks open 0.49% lower

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares slipped 0.49 per cent in the first few minutes of trade on Tuesday following fresh selling in New York and as oil prices tumbled further.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index fell 118.23 points to 23,908.23.
