Hong Kong: Stocks open 1.48% higher

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares jumped 1.48 per cent at the open Monday as investors returned from the Christmas break to another record close on Wall Street and news that China had unveiled fresh measures to boost the economy.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 345.19 points to 23,694.53 in the first few minutes of trade.
