Hong Kong: Stocks open 1.68% higher

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares surged 1.68 per cent in the first few minutes of trade Tuesday, as investors returned after a public holiday that saw a rally in regional markets.
The Hang Seng Index added 469.49 points to 28,462.32.
