Hong Kong: Stocks open higher after holiday

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks climbed more than one per cent at the open Friday as investors returned from a one-day holiday, while volatility was curbed with Chinese markets closed until next week.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 1.07 per cent, or 223.99 points, to 21,158.93.
