[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks opened 0.45 per cent higher on Thursday with traders still broadly upbeat after last week's surprise interest rate cut in China.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 107.68 points to 24,219.66 in the first minutes of trade.
