Hong Kong: Stocks slip at open
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks started Tuesday in negative territory as traders cashed in after a three-day rally and following losses in European markets.
The Hang Seng Index dipped 0.66 per cent, or 139.68 points, to 20,919.52.
But Shanghai's composite index edged up 0.11 per cent, or 3.15 points, to 2,991.75 while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, added 0.04 per cent, or 0.73 points, to 2,002.42.
