Hong Kong: Stocks up 0.35% at open

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks opened 0.35 per cent higher on Monday after Greece handed in a new debt proposal to European leaders, fuelling hopes for a breakthrough in the months-long crisis that could prevent it from defaulting.
The Hang Seng Index added 93.79 points to 26,854.32.
