    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa MalaYsia Kuala Lumpur

    Composite Index up 1.810 points to 1,691.380.

    Volume was 1.693 billion lots worth RM1.577 billion.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 402 to 374.
