    MALAYSIAN stocks closed higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 11.07 points to 1,876.87. Volume was 2.28 billion shares worth RM2.06 billion.

    Losers outnumbered gainers by 518 to 365.
