Malaysia: Shares close higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.680 points to 1,669.640.
Volume was 1.839 billion lots worth RM1.739 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 448 to 342.
