Malaysia: Shares close higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.740 points to 1632.470.
Volume was 1.040 billion lots worth RM1.374 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 414 to 283.
