MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.530 points to 1708.080.
Volume was 2.689 billion lots worth RM2.781 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 474 to 389.
