Malaysia: Shares close lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 17.550 points to 1616.640.

Volume was 1.382 billion lots worth RM1.804 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 586 to 210.
